1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in any retreat organized by Freedom to Flow and Flourish ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Participant," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration & Payment

• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The amount is specified on the retreat registration page.

• Balances: Full payment is due by the date specified on the retreat registration page. Failure to pay the balance may result in forfeiture of your deposit and spot.

• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal). We do not store your financial information.

3. Cancellation, Refund & Transfer Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our policy is designed to be fair while honoring the commitments that allow us to plan a meaningful retreat.

• Deposits & Payments: All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

• Transfer Option: If you cannot attend, your payment (or deposit, if applicable) may be transferred to a future retreat occurring within one (1) year of the original retreat date, subject to availability and our prior approval. Transfer requests must be made in writing via email at least 30 days before the start of the retreat. A $50 administrative fee will apply to all transfers.

• No-Shows and No Calls: Failure to attend the retreat without prior notification forfeits all payments and any transfer option.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments securely via PayPal or Venmo. PayPal also accepts all major credit and debit cards directly at checkout. All transactions are subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. We do not store your sensitive financial information on our servers.

• Retreat Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event we must cancel a retreat, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your payment to a future retreat at no fee.

• Travel Insurance: If traveling from out of state or country, we strongly recommend that all participants purchase travel insurance to protect their investment against unforeseen circumstances, including illness, injury, or travel disruptions.

4. Health, Safety & Participation

• Health Disclosure: You are responsible for disclosing any physical, mental, or emotional health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions during registration that may affect your participation.

• Assumption of Risk: Participation in retreat activities (including movement, meditation, and other guided sessions) is voluntary and at your own risk. You acknowledge that some activities may involve physical or emotional intensity.

• Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and personal belongings during the retreat. You agree to respect the space, privacy, and boundaries of other participants and facilitators.

• Dismissal: We reserve the right to dismiss any participant, without refund, whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or negatively impacts the group experience.

5. Travel & Logistics

• Travel Arrangements: You are solely responsible for your travel to and from the retreat location, including visas, passports, and transportation.

• Venue & Schedule: While we strive to follow the advertised schedule and venue, we reserve the right to make changes to facilitators, activities, meals, or location if necessary. You will be notified of any significant changes in a timely manner.

6. Media & Intellectual Property

• Photography/Videography: We may take photos or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant us permission to use your likeness in our marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing before the retreat begins.

• Retreat Materials: Any workbooks, guides, or content provided are for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, or teach our proprietary materials without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom to Flow and Flourish, its facilitators, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property, arising from your participation in the retreat, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts located in Duval County, Florida.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be posted on our website.
