What You'll Experience
This retreat is built around four gentle invitations:
Recognize
See yourself clearly—perhaps for the first time in a while. Through guided exercises and honest sharing, you'll reconnect with your strengths, your intuition, and your own inner voice to Recognize who you truly are.
Rebalance
Step out of the rush. Through guided meditation, gentle yoga, and quiet reflection, we'll help your nervous system remember what "calm" feels like.
Reset
Release what's no longer serving you. In supportive workshops with inspirational speakers, we'll gently unpack the stories you've been carrying and make space for new, powerful ones.
Regroup
Leave with clarity, not just inspiration. A remembrance of the powerful being that you are. We'll close with practical, personal steps to help you carry this feeling of flow back into your daily life.

We've curated a weekend that balances deep work with deep rest:
✅ Transformational Workshops: Practical sessions on Energy Management, Boundary Setting, and Releasing Guilt designed to lighten your mental load.
✅ Somatic Healing: Gentle movement and restorative yoga to release the stress stored in your body (No experience needed).
✅ Soothing chair massage to melt tension and Crystal Bowl Sound Bath to reset your nervous system.
✅ Nourishing Dining: Chef-prepared, healthy meals and snacks (Dietary needs lovingly accommodated).
✅ The “Circle”: Guided conversations in a safe, intimate group of like-minded women who “gets it.”

All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, a blanket, and a water bottle. We'll handle the rest.

We understand plans change! While the $200 deposit is non-refundable (as it holds your special spot), we're happy to help you transfer your ticket to another amazing woman. Just let us know!
