Dr. Rosemarie Allen, Acupuncture Physician, PTA, MT, ARC, Author
I know what it feels like to carry the weight of the world—and make it look easy.
For years, I moved through life as the “strong one." The one who had the answers, the one who held it all together, and the one who put herself last. I created Freedom to Flow and Flourish because I realized that even the strongest women need a soft place to land, to allow the disruption of the cycle of over-giving that leads to burnout.
As your host, my role isn't just to facilitate a retreat; it's to hold a sanctuary for you. I have over thirty years of combined experience in patient care and Public Relations. I am owner and Acupuncture Physician of A Balanced You Acupuncture & Wellness Center. Furthermore, I have gained the skills, expertise, and humility by providing intuitive, holistic heart-centered care for my patients over the years. As an awarded Physical Therapist Assistant, Massage Therapist, Akashic Records Consultant and Life Coach in training, I combine evidence-based mindfulness and soulful community building to create an experience that is both restorative and transformative. I bring not only expertise but more importantly, I bring a deep understanding of the courage it takes to pause and the heart to understand why.
My promise to you is simple: For one weekend, you don't have to be in charge. You don't have to fix anything. You get to just… Be.

She helps women reclaim their power not through pushing harder, but through compassionate reflection—inviting each person to expand their vision from a place of wholeness, not lack. Her session will leave you feeling seen, grounded, and gently empowered to take the next step forward from a center of calm strength.
